Returns Policy
Prestige Appliance Repair Centre is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@prestigerepairs.com.au or call us on (08) 8352 2022.
All returns require prior approval from Prestige Appliance Repair Centre. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. We offer a 7-day return policy, commencing from the date you receive your item.
All electrical items must be installed by a licensed electrician. If an electrical item is returned, we reserve the right to request an invoice and a written service report from a licensed electrician detailing the work performed.
In the event that you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged part, we will gladly assist with a return or replacement in accordance with our policy. However, please note that we are not responsible for any third-party costs incurred, including fees charged by technicians or electricians for assessing or reporting the issue.
We are unable to accept returns of printed circuit boards unless faulty within the warranty period or supplied not as described. Please ensure items ordered are suitable for your requirements prior to purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Returns
- We may require you to email us pictures of the damaged item(s).
- We will advise you whether the faulty or damaged item(s) are required to be returned. If a return is necessary, a prepaid return label will be provided according to our returns process.
- If the item(s) are deemed faulty or damaged, replacement item(s) will be supplied.
- If replacement item(s) are unable to be supplied. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Not as Described Returns
- We may require you to email us pictures of the item(s).
- We will advise you whether the item(s) are required to be returned. If a return is necessary, a prepaid return label will be provided per our returns process.
- If the item(s) are deemed not as described, replacement item(s) will be supplied.
- If replacement item(s) are unable to be supplied. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Incorrectly Ordered Items or No Longer Required Returns
- A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, may be applied.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and not used. If the item(s) have been installed, used, or not in resalable condition, Prestige Appliance Repair Centre reserves the right to reject the claim.
- The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, and original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- A refund, excluding restocking, shipping, and handling fees, will be issued to the original payment method once the item(s) have been received and deemed resalable.
Return Process

- If your return request is approved, please repack the item(s) in their original packaging with adequate protective materials (dunnage) to ensure the item(s) are not damaged in transit.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your contact details and order number inside the package so that the item(s) can be identified back to you once received.
- If the return is due to the item(s) being faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery. A prepaid return label will be provided to you at our expense. If the return is due to incorrectly ordered or no longer required item(s), the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, and original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Replacements and refunds are processed once the item(s) have been received and deemed to be faulty, damaged, not as described, or in resalable condition (as applicable).

Shipping Policy
Do we ship International?
Unfortunately we do not ship to outside of Australia at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Torrensville, South Australia.
Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and on average orders can take 5 - 12 business days to arrive depending on your location and postage type selected at checkout.
CLICK AND COLLECT
We offer free click and collect from our warehouse in Torrensville, South Australia.
In stock orders will be packed within 24 business hours from receiving the order.
You will receive a SMS or Email advising once your order is ready for collection. It will then be available for pick up between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
